Grand-Dad’s Hard Apple Cider

  • 4.0 oz Knudsen’s Spiced Apple Cider
  • 1.0 oz Crown Royal Maple Whiskey
  • 1.0 oz Club Soda (If you want it ‘Fizzie’)
  • You can place all ingredients in a crockpot and put on low
  • Add cinnamon sticks – cloves – allspice – Slice apples

Nana’s Oatmeal Cookie

  • .75 oz DeKuyper Buttershots Liqueur
  • .25 oz Dekuyper Cinnamon Liqueur
  • .50 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 2.0 oz Half & Half
  • .50 oz Rich Syrup
  • Add all ingredients together in a mixing glass
  • Shake hard
  • Strain and pour over ice on a rocks glass
  • Garnish: dusting of cinnamon sugar

White Raspberry Truffle Martini (Stephen’s Favorite)

  • 1.50 oz Godiva Raspberry Vodka
  • .50 oz Rich Syrup
  • 4 inches of whipped cream in mixing glass
  • Add all ingredients to mixing glass
  • Shake hard
  • Strain and pour into martini glass
  • Garnish: Shaved chocolate

Double Mocha Mint Martini

  • 1.5oz Godiva Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 oz Dekuyper Peppermint schnapps
  • .50 oz Patron XO Café liqueur
  • oz Dark chocolate Monin Flavored Syrup
  • Add all ingredients together with ice in a mixing glass
  • Strain and pour over fresh ice
  • In a tall glass or as a Martini
  • Garnish: Whipped cream and mint sprig

Frosty Winter Martini

  • 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Vodka
  • Add 4 inches deep whipped cream in bottom of glass
  • .25 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 bar spoon Rich Syrup*
  • Add all ingredients together place in shaker glass
  • Add ice
  • Shake and strain into a martini glass
  • Garnish: Candy Cane

Santa’s Christmas Cheer

  • 1.75 oz Godiva Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream (Simply Coco Real in a white squeezed bottle)
  • 2 oz Half and Half
  • Add all ingredients together in a mixing glass
  • Strain and pour into a martini glass
  • Garnish: A dollop of whipped cream
  • Topped off with red & green sprinkles

Cat’s Bourbon Milk Punch

  • 1.25 oz Makers Mark bourbon (Any Good Bourbon will work)
  • 2.0 oz Heavy Whipping cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz Half & Half
  • 1 dash of Nutmeg
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • .50 oz Rich Syrup*
  • Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake hard or stir with bar spoon
  • Pour into a rocks glass or punch glass with ice
  • Garnish: a dusting of nutmeg

Mimosa Italian Style

  • 3.0 oz Zonin Prosecco (Any of your favorite champagnes will be perfect with this sparkler)
  • 1.0 oz Orange Juice fresh squeezed
  • .50 oz Alessio Blood Orange Juice (Central Market)
  • .25 oz Peachtree Schnapps
  • In a champagne flute place all ingredients and then pour sparkling slowly
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry or raspberry

Punkin Pie Milk Punch

  • 2.0 oz Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur
  • .50 oz Dekuyper Buttershots Schnapps
  • 2.0 oz half & half
  • Dust with Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • In a mixing glass add all ingredients except spice
  • Shake with ice and pour over ice or without
  • Garnish: Pumpkin Pie Spice

*Simple Syrup Recipe (3:1 rich syrup)

  • 3 times sugar to 1 time hot water
  • 12 oz granulated sugar to 4 oz boiling water
  • Stir until dissolved store in a container with lid good up to 2 weeks in the fridge

Batching is easy just multiply the guests times the recipe ingredients line by line and that will give you an easy batch ahead recipe
It’s ok to taste and adjust all of these cocktails to you and families taste!
