Ultra-Premium Polish Vodka Combines Wheat, Rye, and Potato
LAS VEGAS – Hundreds of vodkas are introduced each year, but only one is created through a distillation of wheat, rye and potato – Ultimat vodka. Ultimat is produced in Poland, the birthplace of vodka. The process for creating this fine spirit begins with milling the grains then steam cooking them to produce a mash for fermentation. Once fermented, the mash is distilled in a continuous column still, then filtered through activated carbon candle filters (ceramic filters resembling candles), and the alcohol content is reduced to its final level of 80 proof (40 percent alcohol by volume) using pure water obtained by reverse osmosis.
Once distilled, the last step is bottling. Each bottle of Ultimat vodka is an elegant cobalt blue crystal decanter skillfully designed and meticulously inspected to ensure its quality.
